I’m a fully qualified, integrative psychotherapist, which means that I work in a creative way to help you or your children find solutions to problems, reach your potential and lead a happier and more fulfilling life.
Over the period of the last 18 years, I’ve worked with adults, children and adolescents in their home, at school or in my private practice. I have also worked with infants and their mothers, before and during pregnancy and after the birth of the baby and I have been working with families for the last 6 years.
I provide counselling in a way that encourages independence but within an environment that is safe, confidential and fully adheres to child protection and health and safety regulations.
I also have experience of working with families who are or have been affected by issues such as domestic violence, addiction or divorce.
As my client testimonials show, my therapy approach is focused on listening, acknowledging your feelings and being gentle, but also being persistent if I need to be.
