About Me

I am a UKCP registered integrative child and adolescent therapist dedicated to providing flexible, adaptive care that honours the uniqueness of each young person. Drawing on a blend of therapeutic models like Attachment theory, Person-centred, Psychodynamic, Trauma informed care, Behavioural, Psychoanalytic, Mindfulness, Neuroscience and Family systems, I create collaborative treatment plans shaped by each child’s developmental needs, strengths, and family context.
My practice is rooted in empathy, creativity, such as, play and art therapy, cultural sensitivity, safety and trust in a nonjudgmental environment and partnership, supporting young clients and their families to build resilience, develop coping skills, healthy relationships and thrive emotionally and socially.
Important skills and qualities I adhere to are patience, kindness, strong listening abilities, authenticity and openness to diverse experiences. I am committed to ongoing learning and collaboration with other professionals and work closely with schools and caregivers to ensure consistent support and shared strategies for each child’s well-being and development.
